iGoogle, Google's very nice 'start page' that doubles as an extremely flexible RSS feed reader, is being retired on 11/1/2013. Google Reader goes away sooner than that, on July 1st! Here's a short tutorial I put together about how to move your iGoogle RSS feeds en masse to igHome, which has a very similar look and feel to iGoogle.
I looked into a few replacements for iGoogle (and Reader for that matter). igHome fit the bill for me. What are you switching to? Inquiring minds want to know!

Thank you so much! I have been frantically searching for an acceptable replacement to iGoogle. How kind of you to include the tutorial as well. I'm spreading the word.
Thanks for the kinds words! Much appreciated.
I switched to igHome to replace igoogle. The only thing I am having trouble with is that when I type in, oh let's say,"home depot", it doesn't give me a suggested underlined website to go straight to. Any suggestions?
Hmm.. Not sure about that. There's a Feedback and Help link at the bottom - some FAQs are there, or you can email support. Good luck and thanks for checking our site!
This does not work on an iPad 2. Any suggestions?
Ed hope all is well
Question is ighome safe to use ? also once you change your password in ighome does that link with my gmai account stops the link with igoogle? I may not be explaining right but i hope you can try to understand what i'm trying to say.
Mr Soul
I love it but how do I save it as my home page?
Here's a link to their help page w/ info https://ighome.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/139932-set-ighome-as-your-browser-s-home-page
Wow!
I had given up, and had tried to get a Chrome page with apps to replace igoogle. Now I can try to implement your video instructions. THANK YOU!!!!
Another great option that I have been using is https://startme.com because it is very simple, user friendly and intuitive.
I have also been able to recommend it to friends in other parts of the world because it exists in many languages. I really like it.
